Connectivity Engineer (Trading Platform)

Job Description

If you're interested in pursuing a career in digital assets, join our Engineering Team based in London, where you will contribute to developing our Trading Platform and collaborate closely with the Product Team.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and enhance API-based services written in Golang.
  • Promote API adoption internally and externally.
  • Write comprehensive end-to-end tests and examples based on the API.
  • Support platform integration with Exchanges, Brokers, and OTC Platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and support all production system components.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with crypto, CeFi, or DeFi platforms.
  • Financial services experience (buy-side or sell-side).
  • Experience designing client-facing APIs.
  • Proficiency in Golang or similar structured languages (C#, C++, Rust).
  • Experience working in cloud and containerized environments.
  • Proficient with REST, WebSockets, and/or FIX APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent software design and debugging skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in CS, Math, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to own outcomes and work effectively with teams.
Nice to Have

Experience with low-latency systems, distributed system performance testing, messaging/streaming technologies, execution/order/portfolio management systems, or building dashboards with Prometheus and Grafana.
