Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Client Hunting Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our client base. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to identify potential clients, initiating contact with prospects, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to strategize on client acquisition and retention efforts.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and retention
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the graphics or design industry is a plus
