Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead our brand storytelling and social media presence. This role is responsible for developing compelling content strategies across digital platforms to elevate brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth across all three verticals – GYM and Salon

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a unified content strategy aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, trainers, beauty experts) to generate authentic content themes and storylines.
  • Identify content gaps and trends to enhance engagement and visibility.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars with a strong focus on visual storytelling and community engagement.
  • Monitor performance and optimize posts using analytics tools.

Creative Content Development:

  • Craft compelling captions, stories, blog posts, and video scripts tailored to each platform.
  • Oversee production of visual assets (photoshoots, video shoots, reels, before-after transformations).
  • Ensure brand voice and aesthetic are consistently represented across all channels.

Campaigns & Brand Activation:

  • Conceptualize and lead digital campaigns, promotions, influencer partnerships, and member spotlights.
  • Support product and service launches with creative narratives and teaser content.
  • Collaborate on email marketing, landing pages, and in-house branding initiatives.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and interactive content formats.
  • Promote member success stories, testimonials, and transformations to foster loyalty and brand affinity.

Performance Reporting:

  • Analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to inform content decisions.
  • Present monthly content reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or brand communications.
  • Proven experience managing content for lifestyle, wellness, or fitness brands is a plus.
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities with attention to visual detail.
  • Proficient in content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing tools.
  • Passionate about wellness, fitness, beauty, and lifestyle content.
