Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Role Description

YSF Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Lahore. This full-time role involves directly assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  2. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience
  3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes
  4. Follow up on customer interactions and ensure satisfaction
  5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Qualifications
  • Proven Customer Service and Support skills
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Experience Enhancement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills, with a calm and patient demeanor
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience in the same industry will be a plus
