Full job description

Responsible to lead team of software engineers assigned for installation, training and commissioning of software which are part of the overall project. Also to lead the team to support software customers under warranty and SLA. Must have good communication skills to coordinate with customers. Software analysis, problem solving and quality assurance skill sets will be required to ensure the team is able to satisfactorily complete installation and resolve complaints within the assigned time frame and with customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers for installation, training and commissioning of software as part of the project
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues under warranty and SLA
  • Provide software installation, support and quality control as needed
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Qualification: BCS / BS (Software Engineering)
  • Experience: 2 years' experience as a team lead in a similar domain
  • Expertise: Software installation, support and quality control
