TEXGRO Private Limited was incorporated in 2008 in Pakistan as a company with a prime focus towards the import of specialty textile chemicals and exports of special fabrics and work wear. The company is currently headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.

The company has seen exponential growth in the last few years and has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of dyes and chemicals in Pakistan with sales operations and warehousing facilities in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Karachi. The manufacturing facilities are in Lahore.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to oversee our warehouse located at Ferozepur Road Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a chemical warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with software stock report
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with software
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
  • Maintain minimum stock levels of all products
  • Place timely orders with the factories and suppliers to ensure there are no shortfalls
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
  • Prepare samples according to standard operating procedures
  • Management of fuel includes preparing reports related to fuel and vehicle maintenance

Qualifications

Minimum BA/B.Com. with a minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
