Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, with a strong background in creating compelling visual content using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

As a Social Media Content Creator & Manager at CodeWorx Developers, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools.
  2. Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  3. Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  4. Community Engagement: Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals and initiatives.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance our social media presence.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media content creation and management.
  2. Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools to create visually appealing content.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  5. Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  6. Creativity: A passion for creativity and innovation, with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to generate new ideas.
  7. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the tech or software development industry is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  3. Basic video editing skills.
