Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Trainer located on-site in Multan. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales trainings, delivering engaging presentations, developing training materials, and providing continuous support to the sales team. The individual will also support customer service training and assist in improving overall communication across the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills and ability to engage an audience
  • Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of different sales team members
  • Previous experience in a similar training role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
