Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in crafting content specifically for e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content that supports our marketing goals and enhances customer experience. This includes writing product descriptions, category and landing pages, as well as blog content that connects with our audience and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling and customer-centric product descriptions, category content, and landing pages that align with brand goals.
  • Write engaging blogs and articles that support our overall content marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to refine existing content and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and SEO to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
  • Support content creation for email campaigns and social media posts when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work for online stores or product-based websites.
  • Solid understanding of SEO basics and how to integrate them into content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a knack for balancing SEO with user intent.
  • High attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
