Now we're looking for an Automation Developer to join our team. If you've worked on AI tool integrations, GoHighLevel (GHL), and automation platforms like n8n or Make.com, and know how to turn business logic into actual working systems — we want you on board.

Note: This is not a beginner role. If you've only watched tutorials or played with these tools, this job isn't for you. You should already have built and launched real systems using automation tools, and ideally worked with AI tools and triggers (chat, voice, SMS, etc.).

What You'll Do

  • Build and automate business workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Use n8n or Make.com to automate logic, actions, and third-party apps
  • Integrate AI agents/tools into real use cases (e.g., form-based triggers, chatbot workflows, email/SMS handling, etc.)
  • Convert ideas and strategies into complete automation setups
  • Continuously improve and optimize flows for performance and usability

What You Must Already Know

  • Hands-on experience in GoHighLevel workflows, automations, pipelines
  • Proficiency in n8n or Make.com – (non-negotiable)
  • Understanding of how AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, voice/chat triggers) connect with CRMs or automations
  • Strong problem-solving mindset: not afraid to figure things out fast
  • Bonus: Experience in any scripting or technical integrations (API knowledge, basic coding is helpful)
