We're now looking for a Business Development Manager who's hungry for impact, confident in tech conversations, and laser-focused on generating high-quality leads and closing deals.

Your Mission

As our Business Development Manager, your job is to build a predictable growth engine — identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads into valuable clients. You'll work directly with the founder and leadership team, shaping our outbound strategies and helping us land dream clients across industries.

What You'll Do
  • Research and qualify high-potential leads across industries and verticals (startups, fintech, retail, logistics, etc.)
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.)
  • Build and manage a consistent monthly pipeline of 10–20 sales-qualified leads
  • Run discovery calls, assess client pain points, and position our services as the solution
  • Collaborate with project and tech teams to tailor proposals and close deals
  • Refine our sales process, CRM workflows, and BD playbook over time
You're a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, tech services, or solution selling
  • Are confident speaking with decision-makers: founders, CTOs, product heads
  • Have experience generating qualified outbound leads and booking meetings consistently
  • Are self-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented
  • Know how to use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Pipedrive, and Slack
Bonus Points If You:
  • Have worked in or sold for a tech agency, custom software firm, or SaaS platform
  • Understand software delivery lifecycles and can pitch based on technical value
  • Have experience with web3/blockchain, AI/ML, or cloud security services
