Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage our Amazon seller account, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings.
- Develop and implement Amazon-specific strategies to improve product rankings and drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create compelling product content, including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and industry trends to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform and related tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven decisions and measure success.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing Amazon algorithms and policies.
- A passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of customer behavior in the online marketplace.
- Can work in night shift from 6 pm to 3 am except for weekends (PLEASE DON'T OVERCOMMIT IN THIS REGARD).
