- Identify and qualify potential leads in the U.S. real estate market through online research, databases, and outbound campaigns
- Build and maintain lead pipelines for residential and commercial real estate clients
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals
- Analyze campaign results to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records and reports with high attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience generating leads in the U.S. real estate market (residential or commercial)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools
- Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, or phone) and nurturing leads
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fully remote environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, market trends, and U.S. regulations is a plus
