Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly achievement for prepaid & postpaid.
  • Stock Management.
  • TSO, CPO management and ensuring their Targets Achievement & market visits.
  • Overall franchise management, their receivable through franchise visits.
  • Overall target achievement.
  • Market analysis & Feedback.
  • Strong working knowledge about Agriculture Industry & strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and management skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
Job Specification
  • Make monthly Tour plans for themselves & their teammates and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
  • Update Tour plans on a weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
  • Visit Customers and markets in accordance with approved weekly Tour plan.
  • Submit a detailed market Tour report along with competition activity in the designated area after every visit.
  • Maintain excellent work relationships with existing Franchisees in designated area.
  • Develop new potential Franchisees within designated area in accordance with company's Franchisee policy.
  • Regularly perform stock movement analysis for individual Franchisee, prepare an ideal item mix for them based on location & stock movement, and counsel Franchisee accordingly to improve their sales and profitability.
  • Update Franchisees on their achievement against given targets and motivate them for improved performance.
  • Mentor Franchisees & staff regarding effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities & distinctions.
  • Penetrate in markets of designated regions to secure additional sales while improving overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure Franchisees do not violate company policy; otherwise, inform supervisor immediately both verbally and in writing.
  • Be very vigilant on competitors' activities in the market and keep immediate supervisor up to date on new developments.
  • Ensure excellent working relationships with Franchisees in the designated area and resolve their issues.
  • Update daily activity report and submit to immediate supervisor.
  • Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales & Marketing.
