Overview

ASA Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and professional Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying pest infestations, and applying effective treatments to ensure a pest-free environment.

This role involves working in multi-dwelling residential buildings, houses, apartments, and commercial businesses.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Inspect buildings, apartments, and outdoor areas to identify signs of pest infestation.
  • Determine type of treatment required and apply safe and effective pest control methods.
  • Prepare and spray chemical mixtures using mechanical or electric tools.
  • Fumigate infested units and install traps when necessary.
  • Clean and treat pest harbour areas.
  • Advise tenants and customers on prevention methods.
  • Maintain detailed records of treatments and prepare reports as per company policy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager/owner.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must possess a valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator License.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Pest control experience in residential or multi-family environments.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certificate is an asset.
  • Ability to successfully pass a security clearance.
  • Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) are an asset.
  • Location: Saskatoon, SK (with coverage across Saskatchewan Province)
  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent
