We are a law firm that provides estate planning, estate administration, probate, and asset protection planning for clients. We need an organized, thoughtful, and caring professional. The ideal candidate is well-organized, adaptable, able to meet deadlines, and follows systems while exercising judgment to provide an exceptional client experience. The role requires ensuring legal services comply with firm policies and standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work in a hybrid remote/in-person environment.
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 with bonus potential, health, dental, and retirement benefits, and flexible hybrid work options.

ResponsibilitiesDepending on experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing meetings with clients
- Meetings with Referral Partners
- Team meetings and case management
- Organizing and analyzing asset information
- Preparing probate pleadings
- Coordinating filings with Probate Courts
- Marshaling assets and arranging valuations
- Preparing MassHealth applications
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Assisting with titling and retitling assets
- Preparing inventories and probate accountings
- Assisting with fiduciary income and estate tax returns
- Using Microsoft Office (3+ years preferred)
- Reviewing documents for quality and accuracy
- Deed preparation
- Improving office processes
- Ensuring smooth client file management
- Maintaining case management system records
- Experience with Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel is a plus
- Passion for assisting clients with strong communication skills
- Accountability, proactive attitude, and team collaboration
- Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, legal drafting skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in estate planning, elder law, estate administration, or long-term care planning
- High-quality work, client management, procedural adherence, adaptability, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Trust & Estate work (3+ years preferred)
- Background in drafting legal documents; degree not required but essential
