Expectations and Tasks

  1. Lead the implementation and support of SAP HCM S4 HANA Core Modules, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  2. Customize and streamline PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll functionalities to meet specific business needs.
  3. Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration with Core HCM modules and relevant applications.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve data replication, system integration and cloud connectivity issues as they arise.
  5. Provide training sessions to end-users on the functionalities of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.
  6. Address and resolve user queries and issues related to the Core HCM modules.
  7. Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM releases and implement relevant enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and adjust configurations accordingly to eliminate redundancy in processes and paperwork.
  9. Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  10. Perform regular audits to validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  11. Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, custom developments, and processes related to Core HCM modules.
  12. Prepare and update user manuals and training materials.
  13. Adhere to ISO 20000 standards with respect to ISMS and Change Management.
  14. Develop and execute test plans for Core HCM modules to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
  15. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to perform thorough testing of system upgrades and patches.
  16. Third party integration with SAP HCM S4HANA (Specially Time Management).
  17. Able to configure new company's payroll (including Payroll Area, Payroll Groups, Wage types, Personnel Calculation Rules, Integrate with Finance for posting etc).
  18. Working with Standard/Custom Info types and Workflows, HCM Forms and HR Letters.
  19. Collaborate with Business and Fiori development team to develop the HR Fiori Apps.
  20. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, clear understanding of Foundation Objects and data migration.

Skills and Competencies

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
  3. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Core Modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
  4. Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
  5. Experience with SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  6. Must have HR related Fiori knowledge.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. SAP HCM certification is a plus.
  10. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.
