Job Description:

We are searching for a professional and courteous Business Development Executive with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The Business Development Executive will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, and providing development briefings for ongoing and upcoming projects.

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and high communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to manage and perform under high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out in the first responsibility.
  2. Working with the marketing team as well as the product development team to execute tasks as per clients' needs.
  3. Developing growth plans, setting goals and measuring future achievements.
  4. Inspiring repeat business from clients.
  5. Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
  6. Responsible for optimizing the revenue generating funnel.
  7. Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field.
  2. Ability to meet deadlines.
  3. Tech industry background would be preferred.
  4. Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  5. Reliable and self-motivated.
  6. General business operating and client retention.
  7. High service orientation.
  8. Responsive in communication with clients.
  9. Familiar with Slack, Trello, Asana, Outlook, Teams and other Project Management tools.
