We're seeking a Lead Visual Designer to lead our creative design team. This role involves more than aesthetics — it's about building brands, creating scroll-stopping content, and evolving visual identities that resonate with clients and their audiences.

YOUR ROLE

As the Lead Visual Designer at SocialSupe, you will:

  • Set the creative tone and visual direction for all agency projects.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visuals across digital and print media.
  • Create high-performing content for social media, campaigns, websites, packaging, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, video editors, and performance marketers.
  • Manage deadlines, quality, and creativity simultaneously.
WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
  • Review creative briefs and facilitate ideation sessions.
  • Guide the team on design execution, visual storytelling, and trends.
  • Design core visuals when necessary.
  • Present creative concepts internally or to clients.
  • Lead creative reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards of craftsmanship.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4–5 years of proven design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and digital-first visual thinking.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating creative range and strategic design thinking.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a design team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, or interactive design.
  • Knowledge of paid media design formats and specifications.
  • Understanding social platform best practices and content requirements.
  • Ability to conduct client-facing design reviews or creative pitches.
