This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher located in Lahore. the USA Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for monitoring and assigning truck delivery tasks to driver in timely and efficient manner. they will also responsible for communicating with drivers to provide necessary instruction and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulation.

Timing: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 1 year plus
Salary: Basic pay 35k - 60k + commissions
English fluency is a must

Role Description:

  • Managing truck drivers' schedules and routes
  • Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
  • Providing shipping details to customers
  • Reviewing logs of truck drivers
  • Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes, and times for pickups and deliveries
  • Completing paperwork related to shipments such as invoices
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Negotiating rates and delivery timelines
  • The Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and routing of truck drivers to ensure safe and efficient transport of goods and materials.
  • The Dispatcher will also communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in truck dispatching or logistics planning is required; experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and transportation management systems (TMS) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with drivers and other personnel while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic
