Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Contractor to oversee and execute plastering and finishing tasks in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other trades to ensure high-quality finishes and timely project completion. This role demands technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail.

1. Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
2. Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas.
3. Apply plaster or other finishes using hand tools or machinery.
4. Create textured or decorative finishes according to client specifications.
5. Repair damaged or cracked surfaces.
6. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
7. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
8. Coordinate with other tradespeople for efficient workflow.
9. Manage project budgets, materials, and timelines effectively.

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in contracting.
• Deep knowledge of various plaster types, finishes, and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract: This is a contract position involving multiple projects, with varying durations.

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan. Candidates from all nationalities legally eligible to work in Pakistan are welcome.
