Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee scalable cloud architectures for web apps, APIs and AI models
  • Provide expert-level guidance on AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)
  • Architect CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployment and automated testing
  • Guide containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
  • Review and optimize existing codebases, databases and cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure security best practices: AWS WAF, IAM, security groups, VPNs, VPC design
  • Mentor internal development teams and assist in skill-building
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure issues
  • Help with cost-optimization strategies and cloud performance tuning
  • Set up monitoring and alerting for infrastructure health (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)
  • Support disaster recovery, data backup, and high availability strategies

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud computing and DevOps roles
  • Expert in AWS services and cloud architecture best practices
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred), Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Solid background in Linux administration and networking
  • Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills to guide team members and explain complex architectures clearly

Good to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML model deployments and MLOps tools
  • Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure)
  • Experience working with security frameworks and compliance (SOC2, GDPR, etc.)
