About The Role

As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the user interface and user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless, responsive, and engaging user interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:User Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
UI/UX Design:
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes.
Front-end Development:
  • Optimize UI performance for fast loading times and smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
Usability Testing:
  • Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify usability issues.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
Documentation and Communication:
  • Document design decisions, guidelines, and UI patterns for reference.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and roadmap items.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
  • Experience in WordPress and Shopify development is a plus.
  • Experience with UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design and development projects is a plus.
