This is a full-time role for an Upwork Seller located on-site in Karachi. The Upwork Seller will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Upwork. Daily tasks include creating and optimizing job proposals, communicating effectively with potential clients, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring project delivery meets client expectations. The Upwork Seller will also collaborate with various teams to ensure all client requirements are met and maintain positive client relationships.

• Experience in creating and optimizing job proposals on Upwork
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in application, website, and software development
• Familiarity with social media marketing and 2D animation & motion graphics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
