Job Responsibilities
  • Established recruitment strategies for current positions, including job posting and job board management.
  • Fulfilled staffing needs to ensure departments grow at the same pace as the company.
  • Conducted job analysis, created position descriptions, managed the interview process, developed marketing materials/job postings, candidate selection, compensation analysis, and offers.
  • Managed recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counseled candidates on company-provided benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provided recruitment counsel and guidance to subordinates with hiring and employment data.
  • Prepared and circulated Monthly Hiring Reports to all concerned parties.
  • Prepared TNA forms and circulated them to line managers, following up to ensure all employees participate in TNA activities.
  • Developed a training calendar for the entire year of in-house and external training.
  • Maintained records of trainings and ensured all employees received their required training.
  • Revived all OD activities such as celebrating special days and arranging events for special causes.
  • Prepared and updated all job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments.
  • Developed a Skill Matrix for technical staff in coordination with line managers.
  • Conducted employee retention activities such as focus group sessions, HR dialogues, and exit interview compilations.
