Role Description
This full-time hybrid role is based in Islamabad, with options for remote work. You will facilitate the acquisition of coal through property exchanges, requiring understanding of the property market and managing exchange transactions effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with property owners and stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial and residential real estate within Rawalpindi and Islamabad, with knowledge of property valuation and local market dynamics.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills to structure and close property exchange deals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate property exchange complexities.
• Understanding of local property market trends.
• Team player capable of collaborating across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus; practical experience and market knowledge are highly valued.
