Overview

Full-Stack Developer (Python/JS) – Custom Workflow Automation

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (with 1 to 2 years of experience) to join us and work closely with our Productivity Engineering Manager. Your mission: take requirements, explore existing APIs, and build practical workflow automation tools that improve how our teams collaborate and operate.

You'll work on projects that connect systems, simplify processes, and deliver internal tools that help our teams move faster without relying on direct database manipulation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, problem-solving, and iterating quickly until they find a working solution.

Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance custom workflows using existing APIs (Slack, Jira, CRMs, etc.)
  • Design lightweight tools that integrate with current systems
  • Test and validate solutions; if something doesn't work, adapt and try a new approach
  • Debug and optimize tools to ensure reliability and ease of use
  • Collaborate with the Productivity Engineering Manager to translate ideas into working solutions
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Experience working with REST APIs and web integrations
  • Familiarity with workflow automation (preferred: Slack bots, Jira automations, CRMs, or others)
  • Comfortable with scripting and lightweight service development
  • Familiarity with Intercom (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of AWS or similar cloud environments (a plus)
  • Problem-solver who can think, build, test, and iterate
  • Proactive and self-directed with a "figure it out" mindset
  • Clear communicator and team player
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and short-term agile projects
  • Resourceful and motivated to deliver practical solutions quickly
