Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct household visits in assigned communities to screen individuals for malnutrition using hemoglobin rapid test kits and BMI assessments.
  • Conduct app-based smart point-of-care diagnosis (POCD) for health and nutrition screening using mobile TAB.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling, including AI-based dietary suggestions through DietAI.
  • Connect screened individuals with CMED's Teledoctors for remote medical consultations.
  • Provide nutritional supplementation to malnourished individuals based on screening results.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential health records in the mobile platform.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors and clinic staff to ensure follow-up and continuity of care.

Educational Requirements
  • Qualified Medical Assistant/Nurse from a recognized public or private training institute.

Experience & Skills Required
  • Good technical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in urban or slum settings will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and app-based reporting.
  • Prior experience with data collection for research projects is a plus.
