Role and Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the practice, liaising with internal stakeholders, and driving RFP/Bids.
2. Work with Account Managers and sales leads to brainstorm business requirements.
3. Lead proposal presentations, estimations, project planning, solution approaches, and response documents.
4. Collaborate with solution architects to create functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including scalability, security, and reliability.
5. Consult with clients to solve business problems by quickly acquiring, absorbing, and applying complex business knowledge.
6. Develop application roadmaps and implementation approaches, and design solutions from transition through deployment and support.
7. Develop cost and pricing models.
8. Create SOWs with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies, along with other contractual artifacts.
9. Collaborate to develop technology and implementation strategy that encompasses the goals of a client.
10. Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders, addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.
11. Clearly articulate GSPANN's capabilities, solution approach, implementation plans, and differentiated value propositions to clients.
12. Manage, monitor, and report on proposals.
13. Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify and manage issues and risks related to proposals.
14. Establish strong relationships with Sales Team, Account Managers, and Clients.

Skills And Experience

1. 20+ years of IT experience in custom application development with technologies like Java, .Net, etc.
2. Experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, SOA, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
3. Experience in integration technologies like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, etc. is highly preferred.
4. A strong understanding of B2B and B2C eCommerce is mandatory.
5. Good understanding of eCommerce ecosystems like OMS, WMS, Loyalty, CMS, etc.
6. At least 5 years of end-to-end solutions and delivery management experience.
7. At least 5 years of end-to-end pre-sales experience.
8. Experience in managing multiple accounts within a Global Delivery model.
9. Client-facing experience and cross-functional matrix organization experience.
10. Leadership skills to collaborate with Sales experts, Practice leads, Client Partners, Delivery teams, and stakeholders.
11. Ability to understand market trends in outsourcing, shared services, and offshoring industry.
12. Drive the RFP/RFQ and RFI process with the team and deliver high-quality responses.
13. Experience in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
14. Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, process consulting, and due diligence.
15. Experience in estimation techniques like use case points, function points, story points, etc.
16. Experience in delivering presentations and demos to customers and managing internal teams.
17. Experience in building teams, goal setting, coaching, and developing individuals.
18. Experience in driving organizational initiatives like creating case studies, white papers, and blogs.
19. Experience publishing program/portfolio metrics for management.
20. Solid experience in decision-making and stakeholder negotiation.
21. Exposure to UI frameworks like Angular, React JS, NodeJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, etc. is highly required.
22. Experience with Agile methodologies is mandatory.
23. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
