Job Title: Entry-Level Video Editor

Location: Remote – Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time (North American or European Time Zone)

Job Description:

Halo Creatives is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. This is an entry-level remote position ideal for someone based in Pakistan with a solid foundation in video editing and a passion for social-first content. You'll be working full-time during either a North American or European time zone, depending on team requirements.

Your main responsibility will be to edit and create high-performing video ad sets for digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-converting video ads.
  • Format videos for different platforms (ratios, durations, captions, etc.)
  • Add text overlays, motion graphics, and smooth transitions.
  • Optimize video content for social media and ad placements.
  • Maintain quick turnaround while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative output with campaign goals.
  • Stay current on video trends, editing styles, and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of video formatting, aspect ratios, and resolution requirements for major platforms
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply feedback effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or lead generation is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently during remote hours
