Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for bringing knowledge and expertise in integrating Salesforce with other technologies that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, in-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, and experience with automation and system integrations.

Optimize Salesforce for user experience and data consistency across all BUs:

  • Continually improve current Salesforce setup and user experience
  • Automate data updates by building flows to reduce manual work

Build and maintain all Salesforce integrations and manage data flow between them:

  • Assist sales with Quosal maintenance and optimization
  • Support marketing with Account Engagement management and optimization
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining Service Cloud and Cloud Coach for the service teams
  • Develop an API connector to integrate the Great Plains system with Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce with Salesforce Admin certification(s):
  • Administrator
  • Experience in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Salesforce add-on products
  • Awareness of platform-specific design considerations, including large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration
  • Strong knowledge of software design and user experience principles
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying issues within data streams or in operational processes and proposing practical solutions.
  • Detail-Oriented: precision in handling data and attention to detail in creating reports that support decision-making processes
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills to be able to convey complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders at all levels
  • Project Management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all reporting and analytics tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines
  • Continuous Learning: a desire to stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in operations and analytics
