Capital Growth Global LLC is hiring a highly skilled Video Editor to join our content production team, specializing in faceless YouTube storytelling. This role is key to shaping our narrative-driven videos through exceptional editing, motion graphics, VFX, and character animation. We are building multiple YouTube channels in the storytelling, survival, and documentary niche, and we need someone who can take raw voiceovers and visuals and transform them into viral, binge-worthy content.

Success in this position means consistently producing high-retention videos that align with our channel style, keep viewers engaged, and help drive growth through powerful visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Edit voiceover-based scripts into compelling visual stories using stock footage, animations, and effects
  • Design and animate scenes using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Character Animator
  • Integrate motion graphics, VFX, and SFX that match the emotional tone of each script
  • Build engaging, fast-paced edits that hold viewer attention from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop new video formats and styles
  • Maintain file organization and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Occasionally assist with 3D visualization or asset creation using Blender

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Character Animator
  • Strong experience in motion graphics, VFX, SFX, and storytelling through visual edits
  • Some familiarity or experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
  • Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and story flow
  • A portfolio or samples of work on YouTube or digital content (especially faceless channels)
  • Experience in content styles like documentaries, horror, survival, or explainer videos is a plus
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow creative briefs precisely
