LocationIntroductionThe Aga Khan University Hospital, in addition to its five hospitals, creates access through its Outreach Services which include Clinical Laboratories, Outpatient Medical Centres, Pharmacy services, Home Health, and other services. Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Physiotherapy, catering to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to:
- Support with day-to-day administrative functions.
- Facilitate Immigration and Corporate services offered by Clifton Medical Services.
- Act as focal person in the project.
- Manage and follow-up on various tasks as assigned.
- Communicate with internal and external customers.
- Perform as front-line staff as and when assigned.
- Facilitate patients/relatives/visitors as required.
- Promptly respond to customer queries on phone calls and in person.
You should have:
- One to two years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Well-groomed personality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot.
- Ability to manage and deliver assigned tasks within the specified timelines.
- Excellent computer knowledge and its applications.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.
