Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience


• Proficiency in animation and editing software such as Adobe After Effects,

Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva


• Strong understanding of frame-by-frame animation and cel animation


• Experience using AI tools (like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and others) to

create and edit engaging videos and animations


• Ability to write clever and effective prompts to achieve the best creative

results from AI tools


• Skills in creating smooth AI-generated videos while maintaining consistent

character and animation styles


• Proficiency in English speaking and communication


• Willingness to stay hands-on with the latest creative tools — experiment,

learn, and help push the boundaries of what's possible


• Collaborate with content and design teams to provide AI-enhanced visual

assets, motion graphics, and video edits
