Responsibilities
  • As Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring cross-functional technology teams of junior software engineers while closely working with Q&A and DevOps.
  • You will be required to implement and maintain the best practices of SDLC to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise-grade, highly robust, and scalable solutions.
  • You will design, update, and own the technical roadmap while having responsibilities for the evolution, development, and delivery of the core platform and products.
  • You will assess complex stakeholder requirements and fit them into the technology stack, whilst improving the system from the perspective of the technical team and end-users.

Job Specification
  • It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years of experience with retained hands-on capabilities with Technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services).
  • You have a deep understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Architecture.
  • Working experience as project manager or team lead.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders, including the engineering team, the leadership team, and other company functions.
  • You think strategically and are able to see the big picture.
  • You have a balanced systematic approach to programs of work and problem solving.
