Job DescriptionProfessional Experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in reputable organization
- Strong background in cybersecurity, including experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), digital forensic lab management, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
- Director of SOC will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of these critical security functions.
- In-depth knowledge of service operations and infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the SOC in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to the SOC team, ensuring efficient and effective operation of security monitoring and incident response activities.
- Oversee the development and execution of incident response plans, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate security incidents promptly.
- Stay abreast of the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities, integrating threat intelligence into SOC operations for proactive defense.
- Supervise SOC analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into service operations and infrastructure projects.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms to streamline security operations processes.
- Develop and maintain playbooks and automation workflows to improve incident response times and reduce manual effort.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to support proactive threat hunting and incident response activities.
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for forensic analysis, evidence preservation, and chain of custody management.
- Lead the overhaul and modernization of the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to improve visibility, correlation, and alerting capabilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelors in Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. (4 years) or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.
Master's degree in related field will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 x year (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.

- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency will also be submitted.
