Job Title: Property Manager

We're looking for a dedicated Property Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional tenant experiences. Join us and be part of a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring smooth functionality.
  2. Handing over of properties to unit owners after building completion works by the Engineering Department.
  3. Maintain excellent owner-tenant relations, handle rent collection, rent disbursal, and lease administration.
  4. Facilitate the unit's ownership transfer process, utility services, etc.
  5. Supervise maintenance, repair, and service activities, ensuring optimal upkeep of facilities.
  6. Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  7. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property requirements.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
  9. Support leasing and marketing efforts for vacant units.
  10. Handle tenant move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and issue resolution professionally.
  11. Other day-to-day activities will be assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in commercial property or facilities management.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Knowledge of property laws, lease management, and vendor coordination.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
