SAP HCM CONSULTANT

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and support of the SAP HCM module, serving as an integral IT HCM business partner. Your responsibilities will include functional master data management, business process optimization, change management support, and acting as a liaison between end users and the implementation team. Success in this role depends on a comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM processes, coupled with effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of SAP HCM, contributing to the definition, design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through expertise in functional master data management.
  • Work with process owners to define and maintain HR-related processes.
  • Manage the quality of HR business process documentation.
  • Update SOPs and develop business work instructions, training materials, and localizations.
  • Finalize functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Provide business scenarios to IT and facilitate their execution.
  • Assist in data migration from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Support post-Go-Live activities, addressing HR issues and implementing enhancements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to improve data quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support post-implementation.
  • Expertise in SAP IMG for HR process configuration.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, GAP analysis, and TO-BE modeling.
  • Knowledge of ABAP debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
