Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, and coordinating with clients, engineers, and team members to ensure project success.

1. Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Ensure designs are functional, safe, and compliant with regulations.
5. Conduct site visits and adjust designs accordingly.
6. Prepare cost estimates and materials lists.
7. Monitor construction progress and update plans as needed.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, codes, and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary: $1400
