Square One Mall is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team If you're passionate about digital storytelling and have a flair for engaging online audiences—especially in the food and retail space—this is your chance to be part of one of Karachi's premier shopping destinations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies from a reputable institute or university.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation, preferably with food-related brands.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of various social platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of copy writing and proofreading.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Passion for photography and videography.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, manage, and monitor the company's social media strategy.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in creating content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends.
  • Manage influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns when required.
  • Assist in reporting and presenting campaign performance to the marketing team.
