Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager C&I (Commercial and Industrial) based in Lahore. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with project management and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. The role also involves post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business development
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • 3 to 5 years of knowledge in the solar energy industry and C&I sector
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • International market experience is a plus
