Media Buyer

Arrant Services is looking for a Media Buyer (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through the right channels at the lowest possible prices.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage all paid campaigns to achieve business goals – which may vary from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach and frequency, etc.
• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
• Prepare schedules and adjust them when needed.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI), ROAS, and CPA.
• Share Reports and Stats of ad performance with the management
• Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
• Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
• Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.
• Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion, and under-experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.
• Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.
• Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition, and cost-per-activation.
• Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns.
• Ideally you also have some UX and social media writing experience.

Requirements:

• Must: Experience in managing paid ads for the US Market
• Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
• Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research.
• Interest in following advertising and media trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
