Advertising Marketing Manager

Implements and manages the company's advertising strategy from a business, sales, and technical perspective. Initiates and manages discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies. Negotiates agreements with outside sales representatives. Manages the development of sales materials including media kits. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in the field or a related area and at least 7 years of experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
Oversees advertising activities of a business, forms and directs advertising strategy, implements ad campaigns, supervises advertising-related departments, evaluates ad campaign's overall performance.
Job Specification- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express their ideas.
