Job Description:

  • Focusing on mainly Technical Recruitment, which includes developers' profiles. However, also will manage non-technical recruitment when needed.
  • Managing international hiring of USA, Ukraine, and Middle East, where applicable.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies, adopting an innovative sourcing approach and engagement method to bring the best talent to each role.
  • Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias.
  • Work with other members of the recruitment team to collaborate, share market insights and support each other as required.
  • Following recruitment process on the ATS and Google Sheets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years technical recruitment experience and managing full recruitment lifecycle from a software/tech industry.
  • Exposure to hiring internationally is preferred.
  • Expert in use of LinkedIn, must have sound understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
  • Proactive mindset with an unrelenting focus on achieving your goals and targets.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
