The Opportunity

This Data Analyst role offers a chance to contribute to healthcare innovation through accurate procedure and disease state mapping, reimbursement enhancement, and prototype development. You will gain experience in quality assurance, data analytics, and relational database architecture, applying ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding knowledge. The role promotes professional growth via collaboration, process improvement, and education, fostering leadership and mentoring skills. Emphasizing healthcare data privacy (HIPAA) and standardization, this position is ideal for individuals eager to improve efficiency, accuracy, and impact in healthcare.

In This Role You Will
  1. Utilize Eon Vision and principles as a guidewire for all tasks and interactions.
  2. Collaborate on prototype builds from provided documentation.
  3. Assist in Quality Assurance Testing by following test plans to ensure quality product development.
  4. Apply radiology and procedure coding knowledge to utilize mapping libraries.
  5. Identify and document opportunities for standardization and harmonization.
  6. Provide education related to mapping libraries utilization.
  7. Create clear, understandable documentation.
  8. Perform ad hoc projects accurately and precisely.
  9. Collaborate to educate and mentor others and self.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Understanding of healthcare privacy and security (HIPAA).
  4. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS coding and hierarchies.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, relational databases.
  6. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  8. Dependability, responsibility, and customer focus.
  9. Strong organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and analytical skills; adaptable to change and ambiguous situations.
