Industrial Alpinist - Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting inspections, repairs, and installations on high‑rise structures
- Operating rope access systems safely and efficiently
- Rigging equipment and materials for transport to work areas
- Performing rigging and rope access rescues in emergency situations
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or related field
- Physically fit with good stamina and strength to perform tasks at height for long periods of time
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment used in industrial alpinism
- Proficiency in operating rope access systems such as abseiling or ascending devices
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Valid certification from recognized industrial alpinism training institute
Compensation
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month with additional benefits including visa sponsorship. The salary may vary based on experience level.
Location
This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan. Candidates from other cities are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate.
