Lead – Maintenance (Night Shift, US Operations)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead – Maintenance to join our back-office operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance activities for our US-based convenience stores and gas stations. This is a remote, night-shift role aligned with US business hours.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and an understanding of facility or maintenance operations, particularly in a US context.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary liaison between US store managers, vendors, and internal teams.
  2. Monitor, log, and coordinate maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
  3. Report directly to higher management with updates, action items, and escalations.
  4. Streamline internal workflows related to maintenance support and vendor coordination.
  5. Manage various maintenance concerns, including but not limited to:
  6. Electrical and mechanical issues.
  7. Cleaning and hygiene-related matters.
  8. Fuel pump functionality.
  9. Beverage and sewerage problems.
  10. Construction and infrastructure repairs.

Requirements:

  1. Must be available to work night shifts according to US time zones.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data management.
  4. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and resolve issues under pressure.
  5. Previous experience or knowledge in maintenance operations, especially related to US-based retail or fuel station environments, is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience working with US-based clients, vendors, or store operations.
  2. Familiarity with maintenance ticketing systems or facility management platforms.
  3. Background in technical support, facility management, or vendor coordination roles.
  4. Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
