The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Lead the development and execution of the operational strategy, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the operational team, ensuring effective implementation of all operational processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other senior management teams to drive growth, and innovation, and enhance operational performance.

2. Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the projects, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage the scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of drivers, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing service disruptions.

3. Team Development & Management:

Lead and manage a team of project managers, supervisors, and dispatchers.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance employee skills and performance.

4. Client Experience & Service Quality:

Monitor client feedback and implement operational changes to improve service quality, punctuality, and satisfaction.
Develop initiatives to reduce customer complaints and improve overall user experience.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports on operations performance, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

● Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the cab industry.

● Strong knowledge of the cab industry and its operational challenges, including driver management, fleet management, and customer service.

● Proven experience in managing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering operational improvements.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

● Proficiency in using operational software and analytics tools.
