About the Role:

Ignite & Infinite is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeablePhysician Billerto join our medical billing team in Karachi. In this role, you will handle the full cycle of billing for physician services, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and reimbursements are processed efficiently. If you have experience in physician billing and understand US healthcare insurance systems, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit clean claims for physician services to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies
• Ensure all claims are coded accurately using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Review denials, correct and resubmit claims, and follow up with insurance payers
• Work closely with providers to resolve billing discrepancies and obtain any missing information
• Post payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain proper documentation of transactions
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding claim status and billing inquiries
• Stay current on billing regulations and payer guidelines to reduce denials and improve reimbursement rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in physician billing or US medical billing (at least 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
• Familiarity with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid billing procedures
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple billing accounts
