Hiring Tax Controller - Customer Support Specialist - KHI Onsite

Job Description:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial services.

  2. Maintain high standards in customer interactions and responses.

  3. Guide clients on federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements.

  4. Assist customers with troubleshooting tax documentation issues.

  5. Stay updated on changes in U.S. tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients.

  6. Help customers utilize tax software and tools for their tax filings.

  7. Provide educational resources to improve customers' understanding of tax obligations and compliance.

  8. Advise on tax deadlines, payment schedules, and refund processes.

  9. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

  11. Keep accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.

  12. Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to support procedures enhancement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  2. Proven experience in an international customer support role.

  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  4. Tech-savvy with experience using Google Sheets & Docs.

  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

  6. Familiarity with chatbots.

  7. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Other Details:

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (Night Shift)

  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Timings: 8PM - 6AM
